TJ Organics was built around a deep appreciation for traditional Indian food and the way food was traditionally produced.

Oil was traditionally extracted from seeds using wooden or traditional presses, rice varieties were cultivated according to regional practices, and pulses and spices were valued for their natural characteristics.
We wanted to bring that connection back into everyday life.

The prepared seeds are processed using our traditional cold-pressed oil extraction method. The objective is to obtain oil through controlled mechanical pressing rather than relying on chemical extraction methods.
4. Natural Settling & Filtration
After extraction, the oil undergoes appropriate settling and filtration to remove unwanted solid particles while maintaining the natural character of the oil.

The finished oil is packed carefully to maintain product quality from our mill to your kitchen.
